This activity does not only concern the strengthening of the professional skills and abilities of female counselors, but also the education of cooperating institutions on the topic of violence against women. By providing education on the topic of violence against women to institutions that most often come into contact with this group of women, we want to contribute to the prevention and elimination of violence against women in intimate relationships. We want no woman experiencing violence to be afraid to ask for help.

The civil association MyMamy is the partner of the project https://www.mymamy.sk/kontakt/, which will provide education in the Prešov Region as part of the Safe Way from Violence project.

The project is supported within the Domestic and Gender-Based Violence program co-financed by the Norway grants and the Slovak State Budget.
